Here's a little info on new coach Louis & what you can expect to learn during his MMA Classes:
Louis has been submission grappling since 2018, mostly no gi and freestyle wrestling.
He started striking in 2020 and has fought in a number of white collar and intercomp events, all unbeaten. He transitioned to MMA in 2021 & is currently ranked in the top 50 amateur welterweights UK, with an unbeaten 3-0 record. All wins by RNC in R1. He fights on the Cage Warriors South East Academy show and has the title belt in his sites for this year!
Louis live to train, learn, study and teach all aspects of MMA.
In his classes you will be covering entries, takedowns, mat control, mat return, ground and pound, cage work, defence, getting up from bad positions, defence when the heat is on and how to implement YOUR GAME, in a combat situation.
