Kids Memberships, Fees & Cancellations

Kids’ classes are divided into three terms per year, each consisting of 11 teaching weeks, with half-term breaks and holiday periods in between.
​
Kids’ membership options, fees include both classes and gradings.
​
Membership fees are charged on a monthly rolling basis. The annual cost of the membership is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments to make budgeting easier for parents.
As a result, fees continue to be collected during half-terms and holiday breaks, helping to avoid large termly or block payments.

Cancellations
Cancellations require 30 days’ notice in writing, submitted by email to: sarah@raystevensacademy.co.uk or maggie@raystevensacademy.co.uk
​The 30-day notice period begins once the cancellation email has been received and confirmed.
Any fees falling within this notice period remain payable.

Rejoining Policy
There is a minimum 3-month period before re-joining following any kids membership cancellation.
If a membership is cancelled and restarted outside this 3-month period, catch-up fees will be required.
There are no membership pauses available for a kids membership.
