Staying Safe with Covid-19
The safety of our visitors , members and staff is top priority for us.

We'll keep implementing the current guidelines set out by the UK government & UKActive to ensure we're doing all we can to make you feel safe and happy whilst training or visiting Ray Stevens Academy.

We're currently operating face to face capped classes, pre-bookings systems, temp checks & Covid sign-in procedures upon arrival, enhanced ventilation, increased cleaning within the building & introduction of our new BSAFER QUADPOD disinfecting systems.

Our friendly reception team will check your temperature upon arrival. If checking in for a class, you'll also be asked to complete a short covid-19 disclosure form.

We request members & trialee's pre-book their classes to help us keep check-ins moving as fast as possible & monitor class levels so sessions don't go over their set capacity limits.
Please use our hand sanitizer upon arrival at the academy and before entering rooms for training/classes. To make this as easy as possible :

We encourage all visitors to wash hands regularly with soap and water. Our sinks can be found:

Hand Washing areas
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness within our academy. Cleaning takes place 7 x days a week, after the last classes have completed daily.

You can also expect to see staff cleaning high touchpoint areas when necessary.
BSafer
These quadpod systems disperse a water based disinfectant vapour. The concentration in HOCL is 0.02%, significantly lower than other available disinfectants such as alcohol & bleach... making it extremely safe.
​
HOCL can be applied frequently in the presence of people to lower the chances of spreading COVID virus in the air, and it's not harmful to the environment.
