Since the announcement of government recommended closures and shutdowns, we are offering to any members who are struggling during this difficult time the option to freeze their membership fees. To action this, we ask you to email us with your request. What does this mean for you?
If you would like to get in touch and request a membership freeze, we will be suspending billing on your membership until further notice. The freeze will automatically lift once we are able to reopen the academy and resume sessions. Any users with an upcoming cancellation request will remain cancelled.
Any upcoming 121 bookings/ Treatments or Room Hire reservations will be automatically cancelled and those credits will be returned to your account. Should those reservations fall within a 12-hour cancellation window, you will not be subject to a late cancellation fee.
All upcoming classes will be unavailable for booking until further notice to support local quarantine policies and business closures. However, live-stream classes are still being organised, and will be offered to all our members who are continuing to support us during this difficult time.
Once the dojo reopens and classes become bookable again, we’ll let you know. At that time, your account will unfreeze and booking of classes will be re-enabled.
