To all our Students, Members, Clients & Followers,
Firstly, we’d like to thank our whole community for the support we have received over these challenging last few weeks...it means such a lot to us!
It is with a very heavy heart we write to inform you that Ray Stevens Academy temporarily closed its doors after the last classes on Friday 20th of March until further notice. The last classes were held by Ray himself.
From Saturday 21st March the club has closed in the best interests of all our staff and members, following the guidance issued by the Government during the COVID -19 global pandemic.
It's important now more than ever to keep yourselves and your loved ones safe and healthy , and concentrate on limiting the amount of risk associated with communal spaces such as ours. As you can appreciate this is a hugely worrying time for us alongside many other small businesses.
Ways you can help us:
• If you already have an appointment for a treatment/PT/121 session booked with us, your deposit/ appointment will stay as a credit on your account for you to use whenever life gets back to normal and you are ready to come back.
• Consider buying merchandise or gift vouchers online – we will be working to get this all in place asap on our website and social media - as we are due to receive our brand new stock of club Gi's and Rash Guards very soon!!
• We expect a flood of emails to come our way, please be patient whilst we do our best to respond to all the queries.
We are working hard in the background to bring you an online class or two led by our fabulous teachers / members, though we are currently at early stages with this. Keep an eye out on our social media, website & emails with news & further updates on this. Please bear with us, and if you fancy posting your own tips / advice / info shares etc to our facebook group please do so and we will release to our members anything we feel adds value to our community. We need to all stick together at this time to keep everyone's spirits and motivation up.
Its so important in this vulnerable situation is to stay safe, fit and healthy -and we hope you keep up some form of training and fitness routine within your homes and gardens for now. However much you can manage, we will do our upmost to support you in that. Please don't feel alone - you can always contact one of the team , we will be there for you.
Look after yourselves, your families, your close ones. We are all in this together!
Wishing you all the very best for now - and hopefully it will not be too long before we see you all again :)
Many thanks ,
Ray & all of the team @ Ray Stevens Academy
